We want your stay with us to be a smooth and relaxing as Pembrokeshire is!
We often get asked questions or queries, so have put together our most frequently asked questions, which we hope you find helpful.

What dates are you open?The site is open between April 1st and September 30th.

How many pitches are there on site?We have 70 pitches which are suitable for touring caravans, tents or motorhomes. Most have electric hook ups and are fairly level.

How big are the pitches?Our pitches are 12m wide, they are well-spaced out to allow for your stay to be as peaceful as possible.

Do all of your pitches have electric hook up?Most of our pitches have electric hook up with only 10 without.

Do you take seasonal pitch bookings?We do have seasonal booking pitches. We have a waiting list, please do email us if you would like to be added to it.

What time can we arrive and leave?You can arrival from 12pm by 12pm on the date of your booking. Please request if you would like to arrive or depart at a different time.

How many vehicles can we bring?All bookings include 1 vehicle per pitch. You may bring additional vehicles, please select these on the booking form.

Do you accept single sex groups?We do not have a rigid policy, but rather deal with requests for groups individually. Generally, if you are looking to visit outside of the school holiday period and are willing to abide by certain guidelines regarding noise, litter, respect for others etc, we’d be happy to accommodate you. If you want to bring some friends along, please do get in touch.

Can I bring my dog with me?Yes! Dogs are welcome, we have a dedicated fenced off dog walking field for you to use. We just ask that they are kept on leads whilst on site.

How do we pay our balance?We require a deposit of £60 to secure your booking, BACS details will be provided following your Booking Form submittion. Your balance can be paid either by cheque or cash upon arrival. We currently do not accept card payments on site.

Do you offer deposit refunds if I have to cancel?Our deposits are non refundable. We will however consider individual circumstances and are happy to extend the deposit to a later date.

Do you offer refunds if I have to cut short my stay?No, we are sorry, but we do not offer refunds if you cut your stay short.

Can we pitch next to our friends?We always do our best to provide adjacent pitches if we can. If you have any special requests please do get in touch, or mention in the queries or questions section on the booking form.

Is there Wi-Fi on site?We do not currently have Wi-Fi on site. We know many of you will be horrified at the thought of having a break from all electronic devices! But many of our regulars tell us that they love the fact that they can’t access all of the things that distract us these days. We love to hear children out playing and hearing about how they beat Dad at a board game.

Do you allow barbecues and fires?We are happy for you to have bbqs on site, although we ask that you follow simple safety rules and keep a safe distance from units and do not dispose of hot throwaway bbqs. We do not allow camp fires but will allow small fire baskets again if safety is a priority. If the weather is hot and dry we will NOT allow fires of any description.

Can we charge our electrical devices on site?We are more than happy to charge any of your electrical items inside the office for a small charge.

Can I order a supermarket food delivery?We ask that you kindly DO NOT order an online supermarket delivery for your food. This brings unnecessary traffic to the site and there a so many lovely local shops to buy your supplies. Just 2 miles down the road in St Davids there is the very well stock supermarket - CKs.

Where do we buy food and supplies?St Davids is only 2 miles from our site - there you will find a lovely selection of independent shops to include a delicatessen, butchers, greengrocers and well stocked hardware store. Along with the NISA - CKs supermarket, outdoor and surf clothing shops.

How far are you from St Davids?We are just under 2 miles North of St.Davids. It’s a 10 minute drive or approx 30min walk. A Flecsi bus can be booked to collect you from the top of the lane if you want to explore further up the coast.

How far away is the nearest beach?The popular beaches of Whitesands and Abereiddy (Blue Lagoon) are only 2 miles from our site!

How far is Whitesands?We are approx 2 miles from Whitesands, a 10 min drive or 30 min walk. There is a manned pay car park, cafe and toilets. Please note that dogs are not allowed at Whitesands between June 1st and Sept 30th

How close is Abereiddy and the Blue Lagoon?At just over 2 miles away we are ideally based for both! You can walk along the coast path or a very short drive - please note there is a manned pay car park down at Abereiddy. The Blue Lagoon is a 2 minute walk round the head from Abereiddy where you can do coasteering, swimming and kayaking arranged through TYF Adventure or Celtic Quest Coasteering.

Where is the nearest place to eat out?There are a few excellent pubs in St.Davids that serve food. There is also a chip shop and The Grain Pizza. A slurp at the sloop in Porthgain is very popular as is the seafood at The Shed.

Where are the nearest shops?St.Davids has a good small local vegetable shop and butchers. You can also order food from the local farmers co op. A small NISA supermarket is in St.Davids CKs which stocks most things you will need for your stay. Larger supermarkets can be found in Haverfordwest or the Co-op in Fishguard.

What is the public transport like from the site?The bookable Fflecsi Bus Service which goes right passed the entrance to the site and takes you directly into the centre of St Davids. For more information and to book please visit - https://www.fflecsi.wales/
