To book, please fill out our booking request form - once this is received we will email your booking confirmation together with a request to pay your £60 deposit. The remainder of your balance can be paid on arrival either by cash or cheque.

We love the personal touch and would love to hear all about you and any special requests you may have. To reflect this our prices are tailored to YOU, we are flexible and can accommodate different sizes of bookings and always try our best to accommodate specific pitch requests where possible.

Terms & Conditions

Please familiarise yourself with our information as written out below.

We pride ourselves on running a peaceful, rural site for our guests, welcoming families, groups of friends and adventurers. We want your stay to be as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

If you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Balance payment options are by cash or cheque on arrival.
We do not accept credit cards or debit cards.
We accept BACS payments (internet banking). Please email for our bank details.
Deposit payments made at the time of booking are non-refundable. However we do understand that you may not be able to keep the booking due to unforseen cirumstances, so please do call us if you need to discuss this with us.
We are sorry, but we are not able to offer a refund if you choose to cut short your planned stay with us.
No refunds for inclement weather, extreme weather, late arrivals or early departures.
If you have unexpected guests wishing to join you, we will of course accommodate them if there is space available. Please make payment at the time of their arrival by cheque or by cash.
We do accept groups who are under 18 years old, but please call to discuss prior to booking.
Group bookings must be made by telephone/email and are only accepted at the owners discretion.
If you would like us to freeze your ice packs, we levy a 30p per pack frozen.

Arrivals are from midday and we kindly ask for you to depart by midday. Later departures can be arranged with plenty of notice and will incur an extra nights fee.
We are very much a family site which means there are often very young children playing. We ask that all drivers should adhere to the site speed limit of 5mph at all times across the whole field.
We have made the decision that we will not allow Supermarket deliveries on site as this brings unnecessary vehicles onto site. We hope you will support local businesses whenever possible.
Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead and under control at all times. There is a dedicated exercise field.
Please ensure that you pick up after your dogs and dispose of waste in the appropriate bins provided.
As a family site we expect appropriate behaviour from our guests at all times and noise after 10pm to be kept to a minimum. Noise travels at night without us realising. Please don’t be offended if we pop over and ask you to be quieter.
Hendre Eynon is a busy working dairy farm and we ask all guests to keep away from farm animals and equipment. There is no access onto the farm.
Balloons and Chinese lanterns are not permitted at any time.

If you wish to cancel please give as much notice as possible.
Our deposits are non refundable although we are willing to look at individual cases and are happy to extend deposits for stays at a later date.
No liability whatsoever shall be attached to the owners of Hendre Eynon in the event of loss of or any damage to or theft of any property including motor vehicles, boats and pets.
We reserve the right to ask you to leave the site if you do not comply with the terms and conditions or if we feel that your behaviour is inappropriate.
Hendre Eynon is a family orientated site. Parents are responsible for their children at all times on the site. We love nothing more than seeing happy children playing on the site but ask that parents are aware of where their children are at all times.
